How do I sign up on

Signing up is really easy. Simply click on the “Login / Register” button on the top right. Fill the 3 field form there and click the Resiter.


I’ve never done this before. How do I place an order?

Placing an order on is very easy.

  • Look for the product you want to buy.
  • Add it to the cart by clicking on the cart icon. r
  • Repeat steps 1 and 2 if you want multiple products.
  • After you’re done choosing products, click on “Cart” (located on the top right).
  • Review your cart and click on Checkout.
  • Fill the required details, choose your preferred payment method and click on Place Order.
  • You will receive an email and an phone call confirming nad process your order.

What are my options to pay for an order?

We are always trying to provide multiple options for our customers. Currently MONSTER Gaming Laptop accepts the following methods of payment:


  • Cash on Delivery
  • Cash Payment in our Dubai Office
  • Credit / Debit Card on Delivery
  • Bank Wire Transfer
  • Bank Cash Deposit

  • Bank Wire Transfer
  • Money Exchange Transfer (Western Union, Xpress Money, MoneyGram)

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery within the UAE is free for all orders above AED 100. For international deliveries, please call +971 45563933 or send a mail to to get quote  a price. Delivery Charges will be based on the weight of the products in your order.


Is safe to shop from?

Yes. We don’t store any credit / debit card information in our servers.


How do I change my password?

Its easy to change your password. Log in using your current credentials and go your name on the top right. Click Account Details and enter your new password and save.

I don’t remember my password. What do I do?

To reset your password, click on “Login / Register” on the top right and then click “Lost your passowrd?”. Fill the username or email, then clisk Reset Password. The system will automatically reset your password  and send it on your registered email. Click the ” Click here to reset your password” link bottom of email and you will be forwared to reset passwor page Enter the new password and change it to something you can remember.

Can I create multiple accounts?

Yes. However, you will have to use a different username and email address for each account that you create.
