The information on the site is provided by FOKUS BILGISAYAR SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (DMCC BRANCH) and whilst we endeavor to keep the it up-to-date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods. Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to amend/cancel the order.
Placing Orders and Payment Options
There are four main options for payment: Cash on Delivery, Credit /Debit Card Swipe on Delivery and Credit/Debit Card Online and Bank Transfer. Customers are free to use any payment method to place an order. We use secure payment facilities for online credit card purchases. Customers can place an order as guests or registered users through the website. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order followed by a phone call to review the order details with you. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this and you will have the option to amend/cancel the order. This contract is covered by U.A.E.
Shipping and Delivery
We have multiple convenient delivery options.
-Same Day Deliveries
Once your order is completed until 16:00, we deliver same day across the UAE for FREE for all orders above AED 300.
Once your order is processed, we deliver within 24-48 working hours across the UAE for FREE for all orders. Deliveries are done between 9:00am and 8:00pm Saturday-Thursday.
We use DHL and Emirates Post as for international deliveries. Based on the shipping country, the delivery time may change, however, most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. A shipping quote is provided once all address details are given during checkout. While this quote is accurate almost all the time, we reserve the right to amend this based on the size and weight of the actual shipment. If there is any difference in the shipping quote, customers are informed about it before the order is processed. Customers have a chance to amend/cancel the order as required before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
All items are dispatched the same/next day from our warehouses after the order is processed.
For UAE deliveries, there are no customs charges. For international deliveries, there may be some customs charges depending on where you live. We recommend that you learn more about these in your country prior to placing an order.
Shipping Address Details
At the time of placing the order, customers are encouraged to put accurate address details to ensure delivery on time. We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. It is recommended that you are present to accept delivery of your order.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery. Delivery times may also change and this will be notified to you beforehand.
Customers will be asked to sign for the goods upon delivery. Once delivered and signed for, no claim of damaged goods will be accepted. Photo identification may be needed in some cases to accurately verify the receiver.
The following forms of ID are accepted:
• Original & Valid National ID
• Original & Valid Driving License
• Original passport (profile and visa page)
In addition, if either “Credit Card on Delivery”, or “Credit Card Online” are selected as the payment methods then the details on the photo ID should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase.
This limited warranty is provided by FOKUS BILGISAYAR SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI (DMCC BRANCH) to you as the original purchaser of the product(s) you purchased on selected products and in instances where we are is considered the seller.
We warrant the product to you against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer Use for 2 YEARS from the date of that you received your product from Us. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, and you follow the instructions that we will provide to you for returning the product, we will, at our option, take one of the following actions:
(i) repair the product using either new or refurbished parts at our authorized repair center.
(ii) replace the product with either a new or a refurbished product that is the same as or similar to the product you purchased; or
(iii) refund to you the purchase price of the product according to market price of the product.
This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the product. This limited warranty applies to any replacement product or part, or to any repair, for the remainder of the original warranty period or for 90 days from the date that it was delivered to you, whichever period is longer.
All parts and products that you return to Us and for which we give you a refund or replacement will become our upon our receipt, and you agree that any unexpired part of this limited warranty on the replaced or refunded part or product also transfers to us.
Failure to ship the damaged part or product back to Us may result in your being charged for the replacement part or product at full retail price.
The warranty does not cover the following:
Abuse or neglect, misuse, including but not solely limited to the failure to Use this product for its normal purposes or in accordance with the Company’s instructions on Usage and maintenance. Defects resulting from Usage of the product in conjunction with accessories that are not approved by the Company for Use with this product.
Failure of the product arising from incorrect installation or Use not consistent with the instructions and technical or safety standards prescribed in the product User manual. Accidents, acts of God, fire or other external causes, lightning, water, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control of the Company.
DISCLAIMER: The Company shall not be liable for the loss of any saved/stored data in products that are either repaired or replaced.
New laptops and accesorries purchased from monsternotebook.ae they arrived within 15 days of purchase, can be returned.
All international returns will be accepted. Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable and are borne by the customer.
DOA and Faulty Goods
If you find that there is a manufacturing fault with the device then please contact us and mention the complete details of the fault.
Replacements will only be given once the defective product has been checked and approved as a DOA item. If the product is outside of the DOA period then you will be asked to drop the product off at our service centre. We will take the appropriate action to either repair or replace the product depending on the nature of the problem.
For any product that is under warranty, we offer repair through our dedicated service. Once the item is submitted to our Dubai office, it will take no more than 15 working days to get a product repaired based on the type of issue and information provided.
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
Products that have been damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.

For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and you may pay the costs of return shipping. For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order.
We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:
• if you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your wallet;
• if you paid by credit/debit card, we have a refund by credit/debit card.
•if you paid by bank transfer, we will issue a refund to your bank account.
Refund Time scale.
Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:
• if the refund is to your credit/debit card, within thirty (15) working days from the day on which we receive the product back in our customer fulfilment center;
• if your refund is to your wallet, you will receive the refund immediately after your product is received back in our customer fulfilment center and inspected by our team.
• if you have cancelled your order before shipping, an automated refund will be provided back to you.
On order processing pages we use a RapidSSL 256 bit security certificate. All information is encrypted. Credit Card details are not stored on the server or our company database at any time. Any sensitive information transferred is through a secure SSL connection (HTTPS) as mentioned. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server/other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
Law and Jurisdiction
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and construed in accordance with U.A.E. law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with this Legal Notice are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of U.A.E.
